Return and Complaint Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we’ve made it easy and secure to return items or file a complaint about a defective product. Below you'll find everything you need to know.


Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As a customer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your order.

How to return:

  1. Send us an email including your order number and a message that you wish to return your order.

  2. Return the item no later than 14 days after informing us.

  3. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Please note: You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. We recommend using tracked shipping.

Refund:

We will refund the full amount, including standard delivery charges, no later than 14 days after we have received the returned item – or proof that the item has been shipped back.
The amount will be refunded to the same payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 3–5 business days for the money to appear in your account, depending on your bank and payment provider.


Complaints (Faulty or damaged items)

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or does not match the description, you have the right to file a complaint within 2 years of receiving the product.

How to file a complaint:

  1. Contact us as soon as possible – preferably within a reasonable time after discovering the issue.

  2. Describe the problem and attach photos if possible.

  3. We will respond with a solution – this may include a replacement, repair, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

Please note: The complaint does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or lack of maintenance.
